Undergraduate and graduate students with an interest in Arctic issues, permafrost studies as well as in Yakut and indigenous cultures and ethnography are invited to apply. The school programme includes lectures on subjects such as

- Development of the Arctic region
- Arctic traffic infrastructure, Northern Sea route
- Yakut ethnography and indigenous cultures, history of Sakha etc.
