High Representative/Vice President Federica Mogherini, Commissioner Karmenu Vella and the Swedish Minister for Foreign Affairs Margot Wallström will host this high-level European event.
The EU Arctic Forum will bring together key Arctic players and stakeholders to assess recent development in the region and to discuss the new challenges ahead. The Forum will include several keynote addresses and two high-level panel sessions on the morning of 3 Oct. Foreign ministers from EU Member States as well as the Arctic Council will be invited to participate. Arctic stakeholder panel sessions will take place in the afternoon of 3 Oct. The Annual Arctic Indigenous Peoples’ Dialogue with interactive panel discussions will be held on 4 Oct.
