Live-streamed seminars on the issue of reindeer herder adaptability to climate sensitive infections in Nenetsia and Sapmi.
As part of a project funded by the High North Research Centre for Climate and the Environment ( The Fram Centre), CLINF researchers Jan Åge Riseth and Hans Tömmervik (Norwegian Institute for Nature Research, NINA) together with colleagues from the Norwegian Institute for Cultural Heritage Research (NIKU), organize a three day-workshop. The first day features a set of open lectures, which are live-streamed and recorded (available in Norwegian and Russian). The second and third day participants discuss scientific manuscripts and popular science articles.
Among the participants are also CLINF members Ann Albihn , Zoia Vylka Ravna (NIKU) and Ulrika Rockström (Swedish Animal Health Services).
