The Integrated European Polar Research Programme is published.
The ultimate result of the EU-PolarNet initiative is now available. The programme lists six major research needs and explains their societal relevance. Under each research need a set of scientific questions is detailed and required resources are suggested.
The programme was presented at a webinar earlier this year and is the outcome of a thorough bottom-up-process with strong stakeholder engagement.
