The organizers of the One Arctic One Health Conference next month in Oulu, Finland, offer five to ten additional travel grants for young or indigenous researchers to participate in the meeting.
Preferably by Friday 11 Jan candidates should send an application (one page only!) to Rhonda Johnson (rmjohnson2@alaska.edu) and include the following:
– Name, contact info, citizenship and indigenous affiliation, if any.
– Brief bio (one paragraph) including current professional and/or academic position and educational preparation.
– Brief statement of what you hope to gain from, and contribute to, the Oulu One Arctic One Health Conference in February 2019.
– A tentative travel budget with preferred itinerary/air carrier and let us know, if you have any other source of travel support.
