Our fellow Nordic Centre of Excellence REXSAC is organising a PhD course entitled Arctic communities in transition: resources and post-extractive futures. Deadline for application is 25 June 2018.
This REXSAC PhD course deals with transition in terms of environment, economy, identity and culture, in the past and the present, and how local communities have dealt with and shaped these changes. The course takes place 25-29 October 2018 in Alta, Norway, and is followed by a REXSAC program-wide meeting ending on 1 November.
